Works well. Had to adjust the soda syrups a bit on the tonic to make it taste good but figured out the best ratio after a couple of tries.

One measure over ice, long on bubbles. Serve it as it is, or add a splash of prosecco or gin for the grown-up version.

Pour

  • 30ml syrup
  • 150ml chilled sparkling water
  • Ice, a slice of citrus
  • Optional: 60ml prosecco

Build

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice.
  2. Pour the syrup, then top with sparkling water.
  3. Add prosecco now if you like, stir once.
  4. Finish with a slice of citrus.
