Refunds and Returns

If your delivery is damaged, there are product quality issues or it is undelivered after 10 working days, please contact us on contact@ohbubbles.com.au or 03- 9116 2650 and we will send a replacement order free of charge.

If you change your mind for any reason, you will need to send the goods back to us at your cost. we will only accept the goods once they are received and signed by us . Please use signed options for your service for peace of mind.

Restocking Fee Policy

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee on all returnable items within the 30 days of the purchasing date depending on their condition when returned. Opened syrups and gas bottles can not be returned back to us.

If you placed an order and received free shipping but returned an item and you no longer qualify for the free shipping, you, the buyer, are responsible for paying the original cost of shipping and the return shipping cost.

For example, if you spent $110 but returned an item(s) that cost $40, you no longer qualify for free shipping. Free shipping is for orders over $69, your order total is now $50 after your return. Therefore, you are responsible for the shipping cost.
