The syrup consistency has changed (it used to be more like juice rather than syrup) vutcthe the flavour is still amazing. The smallest anout goes a long way.

Only ever received one flavour - Italian gazzossa. Tried emailing them a few times as to what happened to my other 2 flavour bottles and why they weren’t delivered and I was completely ignored!! Despicable customer service!!

One measure over ice, long on bubbles. Serve it as it is, or add a splash of prosecco or gin for the grown-up version.

Pour

  • 30ml syrup
  • 150ml chilled sparkling water
  • Ice, a slice of citrus
  • Optional: 60ml prosecco

Build

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice.
  2. Pour the syrup, then top with sparkling water.
  3. Add prosecco now if you like, stir once.
  4. Finish with a slice of citrus.
