  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (about 150g), hulled and halved
  • 40 ml Oh Bubbles Gazossa Syrup
  • 3 cups cold water (about 720 ml)
  • 2 cups sparkling water (Oh Bubbles) (about 480 ml)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
  • Strawberry slices for garnish (optional)
  • Lemon slices for garnish (optional)


  1. Prepare the Strawberry Syrup:
    • In a blender, combine the fresh strawberries. Blend until smooth.
    • Pour the strawberry mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove the seeds. Use a spoon to press the mixture through the sieve if necessary.
  2. Combine Gazossa Syrup :
    • Add the Gazossa Syrup to the pitcher with the strained strawberry syrup.
    • Add the cold water and stir well to combine.
  3. Chill:
    • Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to chill and allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Add Sparkling Water:
    • Just before serving, add the Oh Bubbles sparkling water to the pitcher. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Serve:
    • Fill glasses with ice cubes.
    • Pour the sparkling strawberry lemonade over the ice.
    • Garnish with fresh mint leaves, strawberry slices, and lemon slices, if desired.
  6. Enjoy:
