This is a refill service. You must return the same number of empty gas bottles to us. If you don't have cylinders to return, please purchase a new cylinder or you will be charged $15 per cylinder.
Gas Exchange
Upon placing an order for CO2 gas cylinders (“Cylinders”) you must return used Cylinders to Oh Bubbles. Oh Bubbles will ship the full capped Cylinders to the address provided by you upon placing the order including a pre-paid mail return label and box for the return of the used Cylinders via email.
For the return of used Cylinders, please use the box in which you received the full Cylinders. Place the caps on your used Cylinders and place in the box, attach the enclosed pre-paid return shipping label and attach it to the box. Your cylinders are due back no later than 30 days after the order is placed, free of charge. order, free of charge. Oh Bubbles must receive the used Oh Bubbles Cylinders no later than Thirty (30)days after the order is placed.
Should you fail to return the used Oh Bubbles Cylinders within such thirty (30)days, Oh Bubbles will charge your credit card $20 for each used Cylinder not returned.
Please note that used Cylinders returned to Oh Bubbles must not be damaged or tampered with in any way. Cylinders that are damaged or that were tampered with will not be accepted.
Cylinders ordered at Oh Bubbles.com are provided pursuant to the User License Agreement that accompanied either the Sparkling Water Maker or Cylinder. It enables you to receive the CO2 gas contents. The Cylinders will remain at all times the sole and exclusive property of Oh Bubbles. You and/or anyone on your behalf will not have and/or claim to have any additional rights with respect to the Cylinders other than the usage rights specifically granted.

How do I return my empty cylinders?
There are 3 easy steps to return your empty cylinders:
1. We'll send you full cylinder(s), in a returnable box. Make sure to keep the box for return of cylinders.
2. Place your empty cylinders in the same box in which you received your new cylinders .
3. click here – to print a return label online.
4. Attach the label to your box and drop it off to the nearest post office, post locker or a post box.
** Note: Please remember to return an empty cylinder for each refill cylinder you have ordered. The return timeframe will be based on the shipment frequency plus 10 days. If you do not return the empty cylinder(s) within this timeframe, if you do not have any empty cylinders to return, or if the returned cylinder(s) is damaged, we will have to charge you an additional $20 for each unreturned/ damaged cylinder.
When do the empty cylinders need to be returned?

Is there a limit for the cylinders that can be ordered?
You can receive up to 4 cylinders in each order.
Can I make changes to my Subscription? (Cylinder type, the amount of cylinders delivered each time, Shipment Frequency, shipping address, etc.)
Yes, you can make changes to your Subscription by visiting the ”My Account” page.
Note: If a Subscription Order has already been packed for shipment, any changes made will be applied to your next shipment.

Oh Bubbles recommends keeping at least 3 cylinders to guarantee a continuous supply of bubbles and take advantage of reduced shipping charges when exchanging 2 at a time. Never run out of effervescence again!
Will my carbonating cylinder expire?
While the gas in the CO2 cylinder does not expire, our cylinders need to be checked for quality assurance purposes by a certain date, which can be found at the bottom of cylinder. For best use, we recommend storing your cylinder at room temperature.
Can I swap Other branded cylinders with Oh Bubbles
Absolutely! Oh Bubbles gladly accepts 60L cylinders from any competitor including Sodastream, Soda king, Qarbo , Billy Bubbles and any other branded Australian company . If you have cylinders ready for return, simply purchase an equivalent number of refill cylinders from us. What’s the difference between Refill and Spare bottle ?
A refill is a convenient service where you send us your empty gas bottles, and we charge you solely for the gas.
In contrast, a spare bottle functions like a new one, where you pay for both the gas and the cost of the bottle. Having spare bottles is advantageous, ensuring you never run out of gas while awaiting the refill of other bottles.
We recommend maintaining a fleet of three bottles in rotation—send back two bottles for refill while using the third one. This way, you'll always have a continuous supply of bubbles without any interruptions.
Yearly plan -do I have to use it with in a year
In theory, with our annual plan, you have a generous 18-month timeframe to enjoy your subscription, receiving three bottles at a time, four times in total. However, it's essential to note that to secure your last batch of bottles, it's advisable to place your order on or before the 15th month from your initial delivery date. This ensures a seamless and uninterrupted supply, allowing you to relish the effervescence of your favourite bubbles consistently
